Whether you're experienced in retail, customer service or keen to learn – we'd love to hear from you! We're currently hiring for 2 additional Sales Assistants to join our team at our flagship store in Coventry.

This role is a shop floor position offering variety and the chance to develop a broad skill set.

What We're Offering

• Regular contracted hours (minimum 13 hours/week, including at least one weekend day)

• Starting at National Minimum Wage, with higher rates available depending on age, experience and suitability for the role

Your Role as Sales Assistant, you'll report to store manager and be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge

• Supporting the team with stock management and merchandising

• Processing transactions accurately and securely

• Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliability and punctuality

• Passion for ice sports (or willingness to develop it!)
